Thomas & Mercer sent me this beautiful trophy to celebrate the major milestone – half a million sales!

The Magpies, about the neighbours from hell, was my first self-published solo book which led to a publishing deal and the start of my success as a writer.

You can just about see in the picture that the book beneath the text is holographic and looks really cool!
